Day-to-day demands can become overwhelming and create an atmosphere of constant stress. Who doesn’t want a calmer, more efficient morning, a less hectic afternoon, and a more peaceful bedtime?

By managing your time wisely and modeling that for your children, you and your family can experience a more orderly, less stressful day. By becoming proactive in how you approach time, you can make a noticeable and systemic difference in your life and the lives of your families.” 23
